Your payment will go directly into the Autumns Grace Trustees fund ltd; they will hold the money for your funeral on behalf of the participating funeral directors. Your funeral director will be able to provide you with a legally binding contract, guaranteeing that your chosen plan will be carried out exactly as your requirements. This Trust Fund is a legally separate entity from Autumns Grace, and in the unlikely event of something untoward affecting the company, the Fund would continue until every plan has been carried out.
