A: You may nominate a preferred Funeral Director and Autumn's Grace will respect this request where possible. However, Autumn's Grace does reserve the right to choose a local nominated Funeral Director.

Q: But I already have insurance?

A: The Autumn's Grace Funeral Plan is a service and not insurance therefore it will never lapse.

Q: What happens should Autumn's Grace cease to exist?

A: The separate trust fund would be maintained until the final plan has been enacted.

Q: Who are Autumn's Grace ?

A: We are an independent company, operating across Europe in conjunction with thousands of Funeral Directors.

Q: What happens if the Funeral Director goes out of business or I move house?

A: A new Funeral Director is nominated in both cases, either by Autumn's Grace or the Trust Fund to the member's satisfaction.

Q: Are there any extras?

A: Unlike other companies that charge membership fees and additional funeral costs, Autumn's Grace plans are all inclusive with no hidden extras.

Q: What happens should I die before completing an instalment plan?

A: The family representative should notify Autumn's Grace so that we may prepare a "closing statement".
